Warning: The following contains graphic spoilers for Marvel's upcoming Netflix series "Jessica Jones."

Marvel and Netflix's upcoming "Jessica Jones" (starring Krysten Ritter) debuted its pilot episode at New York comic Con and was met with universal praise by critics and fans in attendance. According to reports, "Jessica Jones" will further embrace the darker elements of the MCU, similar to "Daredevil," and several gritty aspects of the source material.

Specifically, the show will feature a particularly graphic scene from the original Jessica Jones comic "The Alias" that might shock fans.

When we first meet Jones in "Alias" she's...enjoying an adult activity with a consenting adult male...That male is Luke Cage (Mike Colter), who will be a big part of the first season before getting his own Netflix series and that activity is...well, you can guess. Vulture has a breakdown of the scene that reads as follows:

"Smash cut to Luke on top of Jessica in his bed, going at it with a sexual fury unlike anything Marvel (or DC, for that matter) has even come close to putting on screen. She eggs him on, and when he warns her that she might not be able to take it, she insists she can. At that point, he flips her over and starts taking her from behind while the camera focuses on her impassioned face. It's a scene where Jessica is in total control of her sexuality. Whatever the reason may be for banging Luke, she's doing it on her terms. It's the way real-life grown-ups have sex, not the way neutered TV superheroes do. The audience at Comic Con seemed to simultaneously clutch its pears and lean forward in titillated fascination."

It's unknown if Jones and Cage are replicating the scene shot-for-shot in the TV series, but it's obviously very graphic either way. According to Vulture, it sounds as if David Tennant's Kilgrave AKA Purple Man will also use his powers to commit some heinously evil and graphic acts.

"Jessica Jones" will become available for streaming on Friday, November 20.
