Kourtney Kardashian shared a stunning nude photo of herself for her Vanity Fair feature yesterday, and it looks like her ex Scott Disick is really feeling it.

Even though the two went through an extremely public breakup in July after nine years together, Disick has no shame complimenting his ex, whom he possibly cheated on. "Now that's 1 hot mama," the 32-year-old reality star captioned the nude photo of the mother of his children.

While the breakup was a heartbreaking one for Kardashian as Disick seemed to be spiraling out of control, hanging with other girls and partying way too much, she's been doing a good job of staying positive and moving on for the sake of their three children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months. Apparently, they are both still trying to process the breakup and the idea of building separate lives, a source told People. Considering Disick was spotted partying and vacationing with 18-year-old model Lindsay Vrckovnik just last week, it seems he's having no problem moving on.

"Kourtney knew this would be coming," the source continued. "Seeing Scott in photos with other girls still hurts, of course, but they are broken up. She just doesn't want drama. She wants it to be clean and to move on."

Given their current relationship status, it's unclear what Kardashian, 36, thinks of Disick reposting this photo of her, compliment or not.
