Many iPhone users on the Apple Support Community Page have been posting repeated complaints about iMessage, apparently the service is acting up on iOS devices.

Apple users are repeatedly facing issues with the latest iOS version released in September 2013. The latest addition to this list  of complaints is texting error faced by iPhone users following the latest iOS 7 update.

A few complaints stated that the iPhone users were unable to use the texting service. Some are complaining that ther iMessaged are not converting to text as would be the scenario if Apple's servers were down, instead they are simply unable to send anything,  reads a recent post on Appleinsider. Whether the problem is wide spread or not still awaits clarification.

A solution recommended turning off the iOS device for a few minutes but the trick did not seem to work for all. One more remedy has been suggested by Macrumors  for resolving the issue and the steps have been stated below.

Step 1- The user needs to click on the app settings and scroll down to the option that disables the iMessage option.

Step 2- The user needs to navigate through the phone settings and reset the network settings on clicking Settings> General> Reset. This will deactivate the Wi-Fi settings as well and the user needs to key in the save network credentials to resume the Wi-Fi.

Step 3- The user needs to get back to the app settings and once again activate the iMessage option to continue the service.

The above stated remedy can be cited as a temporary relief to iMessage problem. The Cupertino based tech giant is expected to come up with a solution soon as the complaints against iMeaasge with the latest iOS build are growing.
