The Minnesota Twins (83-76) will host the Kansas City Royals (92-67) for a three-game series to close out the 2015 MLB season. Minnesota is looking to grab a wild card spot and Kansas City hopes to supplant the Toronto Blue Jays for first place in the American League.

And here's the good news: every game this weekend is free on MLB.TV, so scroll to the bottom of the page for the live stream and radio broadcast.

The Twins will send Ervin Santana (7-4, 4.10 ERA) to the mound to face Royals' right-hander Chris Young (11-6, 3.15 ERA) at 8:10 p.m. ET. Santana hopes to get his team closer to a playoff berth as the Twins trail the Houston Astros by one game in the AL wild card race. On the other hand, the Royals hope that Young can give them a good outing so they can keep pace with Toronto, even though the Jays own the tiebreaker for winning the regular season series.

Minnesota has won eight of their last 11, but the Royals pose a big threat. The AL Central rivals are nine games apart in the division and Kansas City is 9-7 in head-to-head matchups against the Twins this season, including a 4-2 record at Target Field.

Young is 2-1 with a 1.62 ERA and 0.84 WHIP in four games (two starts), totaling 16 2/3 innings against the Twins this season. He has a 0.77 ERA in those two starts.

Santana, after serving an 80-game suspension, has made only one start against the Royals, but pitched a strong outing against his former team. It was his first start back from his PED suspension and he surrendered two earned runs on three hits and three walks over eight innings, but the Twins lost 3-2.

Minnesota has scored 46 runs in their past 10 games, during which they are 7-3. The Royals have been faltering late in the season, but still managed to clinch the division. They're 5-5 in their last 10 games and have scored only 36 runs over that span.

Both clubs sport a top-10 offense, and with the playoffs on the line it could get entertaining.
