When we last left the Hamptons, Jack (Nick Wechsler) had found out the truth about Emily/Amanda (Emily VanCamp), Victoria’s (Madeleine Stowe) son Patrick (Justin Hartley) had come home, and Conrad (Henry Czerny) had just become Governor of New York. There’s a lot to look forward to this season, but here are three things you should expect heading into Sunday's premiere:

No. 1—Expect a Darker Jack:

Jack is most definitely not the same guy we left last season. We already saw him take a bit of turn in Season 2 as he began his vendetta against Conrad. However, now that he knows Emily’s secret—combined with the death of his little brother—that turn has gotten a bit sharper. According to Hollywood Life, Jack is going to be a “much darker” character.

No. 2—Expect Patrick to be a “Good Guy”?

Yup. That’s what Hartley said of his character in a recent interview with EOnline. "You know what I like about him,” Hartley asked. “He's a good guy and he's not back to do anything other than be a good guy." It’s a bit difficult to imagine any man associated with Victoria as a “good guy,” but that’s how Hartley, described him. Of course, many of us will be watching and waiting to see if Patrick will become his mother’s son, so to speak.

No. 3—Expect Some HUGE Bumps in the Jack/Emily Relationship:

According to TVGuide.com, when Jack and Emily meet again, their reunion will be “steamy but not necessarily happy.” Also, according to an interview VanCamp did with EOnline, Jack isn’t necessarily ready to just forgive Emily for lying to him and be with her. (No matter how much we might want him to.)

Season 3 of “Revenge” premieres Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10/9c on ABC.
