Justin Bieber Asks Fans To 'Respect' Him While Taking Pictures (TWEET, VIDEO)

After the reception Justin Bieber received at the Melbourne Airport on Sunday, the singer has urged his fans to "respect" him and has laid down some ground rules when it comes to taking pictures.

Bieber took to Snapchat to explain to his fans why at times it is not possible for him to fulfill every selfie request or respond to every scream, adding that "the way you ask or approach me when you want a photo with me is going determine if I take a photo or not," according to Billboard.

"If I'm walking somewhere or arriving somewhere and you guys are asking me to take a photo, if I don't respond, if I continue to keep walking, the likelihood is that I probably don't want to take a photo at that moment," Bieber tells his followers in the video clip. "If you start screaming louder that's not going to make me want to take a photo more."

"Usually the chances are I'll take a photo but if perhaps I don't...please just respect me and just treat me the way you want to be treated," The "What Do You Mean?" singer continued.

"Honestly I'd rather stand there and talk to you for five minutes and not take any photos... just have that moment without the chaos," says Bieber, according to Entertainment Tonight. "It's like, why did you travel to see me in the first place, was it really to see me or was it to get that moment of you seeing me so you could tell people about it?"

Biebs is in Australia for a series of concerts and to promote his new single. "Loving Australia. I've missed this place," Bieber tweeted Sunday afternoon, "Thanks for the welcome," according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
