After declaring that he wouldn't appear on Fox News due to poor treatment from its journalists, Donald Trump is at it again with the FOX due to insults said on the network at his expense.

Rich Lowry, editor of the National Review, said Trump was attacking rival Carly Fiorina because she emasculated him at last week's presidential debate, according to Business Insider.

"Part of what's going on here is that last debate. Let's be honest: Carly cut his balls off with the precision of a surgeon, and he knows it," Lowry said during the Fox News interview, posted on YouTube.

Shocked, host Megyn Kelly "admonished" Lowry for his statement.

"What did you just say?!" Kelly said, trying not to crack a smile. "You can't say that."

However Trump, who heard the insults, was not satisfied with the admonishment, and took to Twitter to call out Lowry.

Incompetent @RichLowry lost it tonight on @FoxNews. He should not be allowed on TV and the FCC should fine him!

.@FoxNews owes me an apology for allowing clueless pundit @RichLowry to use such foul language on TV. Unheard of!

- Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 24, 2015

He also went on CNN Thursday where he continued to insult Lowry, saying he "used words that were so unbelievable," "made a total fool of himself," and had a "nervous breakdown on television."

Lowry fired back with is own set of tweets Wednesday evening, calling Trump a hypocrite for demanding he be fined despite labeling himself as "anti-PC".

.@realDonaldTrump I thought the Carly cut your balls off line might bother you, but you know it's true...

- Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 24, 2015

.@realDonaldTrump I love how Mr. Anti-PC now wants the FCC to fine me. #pathetic

- Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 24, 2015

.@realDonaldTrump so it's OK for you to insult Carly's looks, but you can't handle me describing what happened to you in the debate?

- Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 24, 2015

.@realDonaldTrump man, you can dish it out but you REALLY, REALLY can't take it

- Rich Lowry (@RichLowry) September 24, 2015

Despite Trump's insistence, it isn't likely the FCC will take action against Lowry. CNN's Brian Stelter reported that the commission "occasionally fines broadcast networks for indecency but has no power to sanction cable channels like Fox News."

This incident is another example of the unfair treatment that Trump claims he has been subjected to by Fox. He claims the network only brings on pundits whose sole goal is to discredit him. Based on this incident, his claims might have a shred of truth.
