August was an all-out crazy month for Kpop. It's as if all top idol groups convened to come back on the same month to heat up the music stages.

Globally popular music chart Billboard listed the most-viewed Kpop videos on YouTube last month. Since there can only be one chart topper, let's find out who among these strong contenders were able to snag number one.

Big Bang

Big Bang's "Let's Not Fall in Love," dropped on Aug. 4, is the most-viewed music video in the United States and around the world. "Let's Not Fall in Love" is one of the last songs in the "MADE Series" a full-length album composed of four singles "M" "A," "D" and "E." The singles were released from May to August.

"Zutter" is a collaboration of Big Bang members G-Dragon and T.O.P. The song grabs the second place in both charts.

Girl's Generation

Top Kpop female group Girls Generation released the double title track "Lion Heart" and "You Think" in August. "Lion Heart" features a dainty old Hollywood glamor while "You Think" exudes the fierce, modern woman vibe.

"Lion Heart" placed third in the two charts while "You Think" placed fourth in the American chart and fifth in the global chart.

Wonder Girls

Following a hiatus and some solo activities, former top group Wonder Girls proved that it is still hot with "I Feel You." The song reminds the viewers of iconic '80s hits. In the video the group dances seductively while singing and playing musical instruments.

"I Feel You" ranked fifth in the American list and fourth in the global.

SHINee

The pretty and fashionable eye candies from SHINee came back with a bolder image for "Married to the Music" which became the sixth most-viewed Kpop music video in America and around the world.

Hyuna

Sexier in every comeback, Hyuna showed her life-of-the-party side in "Roll Deep," which placed seventh in both charts. Hyuna released her album late in August. She also slayed the September charts afterwards.

T-ara

T-ara members are sexy mariner vixens in "So Crazy." The preppy-sexy song is eighth place in the two lists.

VIXX LR

Fast-rising group VIXX came back as a sub-unit with "Beautiful Liar," which placed ninth in the U.S. charts and 10th in the world.

B1A4

B1A4's "Sweet Girl" is the 10th most-watched Kpop music video in the U.S. for August.

Apink

Apink's sweet song "Petal" is the 10th most-watched Kpop music video in the world for August.
