Ahmed Mohamed's invitation to the White House hasn't been well received by some, and CJ Pearson, a teen from Georgia, took to YouTube this week to voice his criticism of that fact.

Mohamed, a 14-year-old Muslim, was suspended earlier this week because a teacher thought his homemade clock was a bomb. The case sparked outrage and claims of racial profiling across the country, with various influential people such as Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg, presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton and President Obama, who invited him to the White House, showing him support, according to USA Today.

This invitation has drawn criticism from Pearson, a 13-year-old black conservative from Georgia, reported CBS's Tampa Bay affiliate 10 News. Pearson, who has never been a fan of Obama, called the invitation a double standard in a YouTube video.

"When cops are gunned down, you don't invite them to the White House. You never did. But when a Muslim builds a clock, come on by. What is this world you're living in?" he asks, going on to assert that the invitation fits the president's agenda.

Pearson, who is also politically active, is a strong supporter of Senator Cruz, who he believes "is truly what America needs to make America the shining city on a hill it once was," according to The Washington Post

While he refers to Mohamed as a "political prop" for the Democratic party, he doesn't see himself as one for Republicans. "At the end of the day, I'm not beholden to the Republican Party," Pearson said. "They don't own me and they never will. My political involvement is based on fighting for the conservative principles I believe in and fighting for the future of my generation."
