Jordan Crawford did not play in the NBA at all last season; he instead spent his time in the D-League and playing professionally in China. Crawford has been with four teams in his four-year NBA career and has failed to find a permanent home up to this point, but he is hoping that stops now as he has reportedly signed a deal with the Chicago Bulls, according to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.

Despite Crawford's inability to find a consistent home in the NBA, he is still one of the most confident players out there as he has compared himself to Michael Jordan in the past. In his four-year NBA career, Crawford has done a very good job of scoring, but his shot selection is questionable at best and he doesn't do much else on the floor.

Crawford played for the Dallas Mavericks summer league team after a year away from the NBA in hopes of getting a contract. Crawford didn't play all that well in summer league action, but that didn't stop the Bulls from reportedly bringing him in for training camp.

Crawford's deal with the Bulls is reportedly non-guaranteed, and he will be the 16th player under contract with the Bulls. Although Crawford's contract is not guaranteed you would have to think he has a somewhat decent chance of cracking the roster because of his ability to put up points in a hurry. The current wing players off the bench for the Bulls are Tony Snell, E'Twaun Moore, Nikola Mirotic and Doug McDermott, so Crawford may be able to earn himself a spot with an impressive training camp.

Crawford will enter the 2015-16 season at the age of 27, and he has career averages of 12.2 points and 3.2 assists per game with career shooting percentages of 41 percent from the field and 31 percent from three. It will be interesting to see if the Bulls are serious about giving Crawford a chance to make the team, or if they are just bringing him in for training camp depth. Every team could use more scoring off the bench and that is exactly what he will provide.
