Def Leppard has released new song “Let’s Go” from its upcoming self-titled album — the group’s 11th studio effort.

Lead singer Joe Elliott told Rolling Stone, which premiered the track yesterday, that the tune “could be the long-lost cousin” of the iconic Def Leppard song “Pour Some Sugar on Me.”

“Let’s Go” is the lead single off of the band’s upcoming self-titled album, which is slated to come out Oct. 30. According to the band’s official website, “Def Leppard” was recorded at Elliott’s Dublin studio, Joe’s Garage. The 14-song record, produced and engineered by Ronan McHugh, is being put out by Bludgeon Riffola in North America.

“This is our first new album in seven years and it came together very organically,” explained Elliott in a press release. “We didn’t sit down to create an album, but started writing together and, suddenly, had 14 songs. Although we recorded it over a period of a year, while we were out touring, it really came together in nine or 10 weeks. It all had a very organic flow to it, and we are excited for our fans to now hear it.”
