Is French Montana the perfect guy for Sanaa Lathan found her perfect guy? Multiple sources have confirmed that the rapper and "Perfect Guy" actress are dating, according to People.

"They met through Diddy and have been hanging out," a source close to Montana said. "They're just getting to know each other and are having a good time."

A source told Us Weekly that the two just met and are just "having fun."

While promoting her latest film Monday on Big Boy's Neighborhood on Real 92.3, the 43-year-old actress was asked about her relationship with the "Goin in For The Kill" rapper. However, Lathan defused the question, telling the radio host that she does not talk about her personal life.

"You know, I don't talk about my personal life. Let's put it this way. I am dating," she said. Lathan added her description of the perfect guy, saying, "I need somebody who is a communicator. I love to talk, I love to share ideas, I love to philosophize about life and art. I just love having long talks, I love somebody with a sense of humor..."

The actress admitted that she needs a man that is confident enough to deal with the requirements of her acting career, saying, "It's not easy dating somebody who goes to work and has to have love scenes with Michael Ealy and Morris Chestnut. You have to be a confident man to deal with that."

Montana gave his rumored lady love a shoutout Friday via Instagram, posting a promotional image of her new film, with the caption, "Opens today!! #ThePerfectGuy #OneHellofAMovie #SanaaLathan #S---GetsReal." The rapper, who's currently touring with Chris Brown on his "One Hell of a Nite" tour, was previously linked to reality star Dorothy Wang after ending his on-and-off relationship with Khloé Kardashian.

Lathan is currently promoting her film "The Perfect Guy," which also stars Ealy and Chestnut. The drama-thriller topped this weekend's box office with $25.9 million.

"It's ideal timing, because there's not a lot of competition in the marketplace and you can really stand out with a slightly lower [ad] spend," said Josh Greenstein, president of worldwide marketing and distribution at Sony.
