Photos of pregnant Kate Middleton in a bikini while vacationing with husband Prince William at the island of Mustique have been leaked and the Royal family is enraged with the "privacy breach."

The paparazzi have become part of Kate Middleton and Price William's everyday life. The Royal couple hoped to enjoy a private holiday on the island of Mustique but that wasn't the case. Photographs of the pregnant duchess in a bikini, revealing her growing baby bump were leaked and published in the magazine "Chi." This is the same magazine that published pictures of a topless Middleton, which created quite a scandal.

The Royal family is enraged at the recent photo leakage and calls it an absolute "breach of privacy." They released a statement expressing their "disappointment" over the photos.

"We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas. This is a clear breach of the couple's right to privacy," a representative said.

"The incident is reminiscent of the worst excesses of the press and paparazzi during the life of Diana, princess of Wales, and all the more upsetting to The Duke and Duchess for being so," another spokesman told People magazine and called the incident "grotesque" and "unjustifiable."

A source told Us Weekly that the couple is disheartened by the leakage. According to the source, this was the first time the Duchess revealed her bare baby bump and since the photos were printed so quickly, it has shaken her up a bit. With the privacy law of the island, the couple hoped to spend a few quiet moments out of their palace but sadly that wasn't the case.

Australian magazine Woman's Day followed suit and published the same photos. Justifying their decision to print the pictures, Editor Fiona Connolly said the pictures were taken by a tourist hiding in the bush and not the paparazzi.

"There is a huge interest in Kate. Here she is on a public beach mixing with other holiday makers. These photos have not been taken by a professional photographer hiding in the bushes. They are not nude photos taken with a telescopic lens from inside a private villa. These are images showing her on a happy holiday ... and she looks amazing. The last time we saw Kate in public she was very ill. She was coming out of hospital, which means there is even more reason to celebrate her looking so healthy and glowing," the website Mirror quoted Connolly as saying.

According to the editor, the set of 39 pictures the magazine bought for approximately $157,000 also contained pictures of Middleton's sister Pippa in a bikini with an unknown man who could have been her "boyfriend."
