The season finale of “Devious Maids” airs Sunday and a pretty big moment—a moment that probably many fans have been waiting for—happens.

In an exclusive video provided to TVLine.com, Marisol (Ana Ortiz) is waiting at the hospital for news about Taylor Stappord (Brianna Brown). While there she texts Rosie (Dania Ramirez), Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) and Zoila (Judy Reyes) to come to the hospital because “she has something important to tell [them].”

When they finally arrive she finally confesses to Carmen and Zoila (since Rosie already knows):

“My real name is Marisol Suarez and I am not a maid.”

You can watch the full video here.

So what happens next?

If you remember back to earlier in the season, Rosie figured out Marisol’s true identity by accident. When Rosie learned who Marisol truly was she felt pretty betrayed and their initial conversation on the subject was ugly. However, Rosie eventually came around.

Will Zoila and Carmen react the same way? I’m not sure about Carmen but Zoila can definitely understand the concept of lying to protect your child—she pretty much did the same thing the day before. (For those of you who don’t remember Remi (Drew Van Acker) asked Valentina (Edy Ganem) to go away and do charity work with him in Africa. She decided to go and Zoila couldn’t convince her otherwise. So, Zoila wrote a letter posing as Remi and asked him to leave it for Valentina. Zoila says if he really loved her he won’t let Valentina give up on her dream of going into fashion.)

Now that everyone knows what Marisol is trying to do, maybe they’ll help. One devious maid proved to be quite the problem—imagine four?

The first season of “Devious Maids” comes to a close on Sunday, Sept. 22, 10/9c on Lifetime.
