The former Miss Nevada USA Katie Rees, who shot to fame as the beauty queen who was stripped of her title in 2006 after nude pictures of her surfaced online, was arrested on drug charges for the second time in two months, according to the Las Vegas Sun.

Rees, 30, was a passenger in her boyfriend Kevin "DJ Kulprit" Sims' car when police pulled them over for speeding and failing to signal in Las Vegas on Tuesday. During the traffic stop, the officer could smell marijuana and asked if there were any drugs in the vehicle.

According to officials, Sims hesitated, at which point he and Rees were both handcuffed and a search was conducted. Police found a jar of GHB (a date-rape drug) on Sims and a bag containing marijuana, Xanax, Oxycontin and meth, which Rees said belonged to her. Rees also confessed to smoking meth earlier that day and is currently being held on $9,000 bail, according to E!. 

In July, Rees was arrested on four felony drug counts; two counts of conspiracy to violate uniform controlled substances, one count of sale of controlled substance and one count of trafficking in controlled substance, as HNGN previously reported.

This isn't the beauty queen's first run-in with drugs. In 2009, Rees' baggage tested positive for traces of cocaine and methamphetamine in Sydney, Australia on the reality show "Border Security: Australia's Front Line," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
