Karl Stefanovic and Lisa Wilkinson, hosts of Australia's Today Show, were both shocked and speechless after reporting on a shark story and viewed the Discovery Channel footage during their piece, which showed an enormous great white shark jumping out of the water, according to USA Today.

The series of shark attacks experienced around the world this summer did nothing to prepare this normally calm duo for the spectacle as they watched the clip for the first time along with their viewers, causing Stefanovic to declare "I am never going back in the water." Wilkinson echoed the sentiment, The Huffington Post reported.

Stefanovic was introducing a segment at the time on the new technology that lets cameramen get closer while filming using a mobile cage called the W.A.S.P (Water Armour Shark Protection). The cage even allows cameramen to walk on the bottom of the ocean.

Stefanovic believes that an enormous predator such as a shark is a pretty good reason to stay out of the water and away from cage-diving, according to Mashable. "Just go to the local pool ... like that little cage is going to help ya," he said, laughing after watching the great white emerge from the water.

Co-host Wilkinson was equally stunned, saying "Stuff Summer!"
