A strange body that resembles an alien life form was discovered on a riverbank near a nuclear power plant on Sunday, according to Mirror. Two locals discovered the body near the River Kovashi in the Russian town of Sosnovy Bor, which was built in 1958 for those working at the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant.

The corpse possesses an abnormally long body, distended skill and bird-like feet, according to The Daily Mail.

Although experts first thought it was a chicken embryo, further examination proved baffling, according to Yahoo News.

"It seems that this body is neither fish nor fowl," said one researcher from the Institute of Biophysics in Krasnoyarsk. "This creature has a mysterious skull, no neck and wings."

"Extensive studies are needed to determine what kind of creature or organism it is," said biologist Yegor Zadereev.

Alien hunters are already onto the news and jumping on it as proof of alien existence.

"This tiny alien body was found near a river in Russia and has no resemblance to any animal known," said Scott C. Waring, editor of UFO Sightings Daily.

The finding comes just shortly after a bizarre, alien-like skull was found in Russia back in July, further adding to the fire of those that believe in alien life-forms.
