Amy Purdy has said "I DO" to longtime boyfriend Daniel Gale.

After 14 years together, the 35-year-old athlete and former "Dancing With The Stars" contestant married her significant other at The Barn at Hidden Hills in Boise, Idaho on Saturday with around 160 witnesses in attendance, PEOPLE.com reported.

"We felt it was just finally time to come together and make a commitment to each other," Purdy told PEOPLE.com. As for the wedding theme she added, "I am not an over-the-top kind of person. I just wanted it to feel outdoorsy and simple. It's all very bohemian."

"Well friends! We did it!!! What an unbelievably magical night! By far the best of our lives!! We were fortunate to have the most special people of our lives all come together to celebrate! We even had a rainbow that appeared above us! I honestly can not imagine a more perfect special and fun celebration!" Purdy captioned an intimate photo of her and Gale on their wedding day.

"We danced that Idaho barn to the ground! We are married!!!!!!!! Yay!!! @dang_ale ! By the way... aren't these flowers by#bloomphotostudio gorgeous?! I was dying when I saw them!!! Thank you @nateperkes photography for this gorgeous shot!!" the post continued.

My dad and I! Something special is about to go down. Can't wait to see my love @dang_ale !

The longtime lovebirds, who met in 2002 and competed together on the "Amazing Race" in 2012, announced their engagement in May after Gale proposed during a vacation in Puerto Rico. "Just said 'yes' to this amazing man!"

Purdy tweeted at that time. "Yes was the answer!!!!!!! Couldn't be happier and more proud to be engaged to the love of my life @amypurdygurl!" Gale shared on Instagram along with photo of the two relaxing on the beach. "What an amazing journey it's been and what an exciting future we have. Love you so much! XO."

At the time Purdy, had both of her legs amputated after contracting meningitis at the age of 19, posted the same photo on Instagram, with the caption, "He asked and I said 'yes!' The moment was perfect even though the ring is still being made! Until it's done I have a sweet, from the heart, one that he hand made on the beach today."
