"The Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel has a new man in her life! Frankel is reportedly dating CNBC's Marcus Lemonis, the host of "The Profit" on CNBC, according to PEOPLE

"They met over the summer and they are having really good time they are seeing each other," a source told People. "He is an amazing fun guy. She is having fun. She's happy. He's smart and savvy and fun."

The new couple has plenty in common, as they are both entrepreneurs and reality TV stars! Frankel owns Skinnygirl, a low-calorie cocktail beverage company and stars on the hit Bravo series "The Real Housewives of New York." Lemonis is also a self-made businessman and inventor. He hosts his own show "The Profit," in which he gives struggling small business a chance for success.

"He's really smart, successful, and so nice. They really like each other," a source told Us Weekly.

Frankel is still going through divorce proceeding with her ex-husband Jason Hoppy more than two years after filing the papers, E! News reported. The former couple continues to fight over their assets, including their $5 million New York City loft in Tribeca and Frankel's multi-million dollar Skinnygirl Empire.
