There's even more drama for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. The couple's relationship has been on the rocks for a while now because of cheating allegations and a reported drug addiction.

According to several reports Kardashian and Odom have not spoken to each other since the athlete's one-day rehab stint. TMZ reported that Kardashian gave Odom an ultimatum and told him that he either needed to get help for his crack cocaine addiction or the marriage was over.

The NBA player took her advice and checked into a facility but didn't tell anyone where he was going. Amid the divorce rumors Kardashian has been spotted several times wearing her enormous wedding ring but it could all be a stunt, US Weekly reports.

According to the celebrity magazine, Kardashian has returned back to work filming new episodes of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" with her family and has to wear the ring despite all the drama behind the scenes.

"They film different scenes for the show and to maintain continuity, she must wear the ring for timeline. Issues that would come up if it were removed since the show is scripted," the source said.

She was recently spotted with sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner stomping grapes at a winery with a camera crew filming the entire thing. Again she was wearing her wedding ring and was said to be in "good spirits."

The source also reveals that Kim Kardashian and Kourtney have already filmed their reactions to the Odom drama but the athlete probably won't be seen on the show because the reality star has banned him from making an appearance.

"They've already filmed their reactions to the Lamar Odom drama. Only Khloe hasn't filmed anything yet," a source told the magazine. "Kourtney and Kim have been as supportive as they can but they try not to make it a pity party."

According to Hollywood Life, Odom isn't too eager to appear on the show anyway. A source told the website that he is "done" with his wife and the entire Kardashian family because he believes they are leaking stories about him to the press.
