Aaron Hernandez has gotten in his third prison fight over yet another disagreement with a fellow inmate that turned physical.

The former New England Patriots tight end was involved in an altercation on Thursday afternoon at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Mass., according to FOX Sports.

Hernandez was moved to a more restrictive unit of the Bristol County House of Correction in February 2014 following another altercation with a fellow inmate.

He faced discipline in May after reportedly agreeing to serve as a lookout as one prisoner attacked another in his cell in what was reported as a gang-related attack at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center, according to the Bleacher Report.

Hernandez is a former American football tight end and convicted murderer. He played college football for the University of Florida, where he was a member of a BCS National Championship team and was recognized as an All-American. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. Hernandez was released by the Patriots in June 2013 immediately after his arrest for the murder of Odin Lloyd. Hernandez is serving a life in prison sentence for Odin's murder.

August has already been a tough month for Hernandez. News broke earlier this month that he had a sexually explicit relationship with the anonymous tipster who called defense attorney James Sultan and told him that a juror in the trial of the murder of Odin Lloyd may have been untruthful during jury selection, as previously reported by HNGN. Sultan then wanted to question the tipster under oath, but lead prosecutor William McCauley said that the tipster had ulterior motives and made implausible claims in regards to the juror.
