A bear made its home in the pool and hot tub of a Vancouver, British Columbia’s yard on Monday, according to CTV News.

“My took a photograph of him and close up with the camera, and we could actually see the tag number," surprised resident Tony Dierling told the media outlet. “Over here you can see there’s a great big hole in the fence where he came along, and pushed it down.”

Monday’s occurrence wasn't the only time that the curious animal has wrecked havoc on Dierling’s property. “About a month ago, the bear came and he was helping himself to the bird seed,” the citizen said.

Dierling also recalled the adventurous nature of the fuzzy creature, who has since been “tagged” by wildlife officials, BBC News reported.

“Off he goes through there, and there’s a whole bunch of houses full of children so there is a safety concern, and of course damage to properties,” the concerned human being said about the dangerous threat the surly poses to the environment around it.

But nonetheless, Dierling just hopes that the bear can be put back into an appropriate habitat by British Columbia conservation officers where he will be safe, and out of harms way, CTV News reported.

“I hope he'll go eat some berries in the mountain instead,” he said.
