Joyce Ingalls passed away on August 5, at 65. The former actress and model died at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California a rep for her husband, Emmy-nominated producer Darrell Fetty confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. The cause of death was not released.

Ingallas is best known for her 1978 role as a prostitute in Sylvester Stallone's "Paradise Alley." She also appeared in "The Man Who Would Not Die," "Deadly Force" and "Lethal Weapon." She's also had small parts in some TV shows, including "Starsky and Hutch."

As for the blonde bombshell's modeling career, she won a Cover Girl contest in 1966 and then went on to become a top model for the Eileen Ford Agenecy. She has stunned on the cover of many popular magazines like Vogue and Cosmopolitan. She was also the face of a Yardley campaign in 1973 and was a model and promoter for many brands like Sears, Breck Shampoo, Clairol hair products and Black Velvet whiskey.

She married Fetty in 1984 and the two have two sons, Derek and Tyler, together. Ingalls is survived by her family, her mother JoAnn and her eight brothers and sisters.

The family ask that donations be made to The Little Brown Church, where they got married, according to Us Weekly. They also ask that donations be made to the Cancer Support Center in L.A.'s Sherman Oaks neighborhood.
