Earlier today it was reported on Rosie O'Donnell's personal website that her 17-year-old daughter Chelsea was missing, but thankfully she has been found.

"Chelsea has been found and is safe in police custody," Rosie tweeted. "Thank u all for the help and light #missingchildren."

"Rosie wants to thank everyone for their help," her rep told E! News following the good news. "Especially the South Nyack, NY and Barneget Light, NJ police departments. Her daughter Chelsea O'Donnell has been located by the police and is safe in their custody."

The 57-year-old TV host was extremely concerned for her daughter's health because, according to the blog post, her daughter is on medication and had not taken it since she disappeared on August 11. She had disappeared with her 6-month-old therapy dog, but the two were both eventually found in good health in New Jersey.

Chelsea is one of Rosie's daughter from her first marriage to Kelli Carpenter. Carpenter also posted her relief to her Facebook page once Chelsea was found. "Chelsea has been found and is police custody, she wrote. "Thank you for all of your sharing, love and help. Xoxo"
