Musician Daryl Hall and Amanda Aspinall are getting divorced after six years of marriage. Aspinall filed the documents in May, but they are just surfacing now, according to TMZ. The two wed in 2009.

The papers were filed in Connecticut where the 68-year-old legendary Hall & Oates singer and Aspinall live, according to Page Six. The two never had any children together, but Aspinall, who is the daughter of the late British gambling tycoon John Aspinall, does have children of her own (sons March and Orson) who lived with them. March even sang backup on three of Hall's songs from his 2011 album "Laughing Down Crying."

In the court documents, Aspinall claimed their marriage had "irretrievably broken down," according to Radar. The two had a prenup and Hall, who is not contesting the divorce, asked that it be enforced.

Hall was previously married to Bryna Lubin for three years in the late '60s and early '70s, but that ended in divorce as well. He then dated singer Sara Allen from the time of his first divorce, in 1972, until 2001.

Neither person has yet to make any comments on the divorce.
