Novak Djokovic meets Stanislas Wawrinka on Saturday in the 2013 US Open semifinals.  The match is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. ET.  Watch the live stream HERE.

Djokovic, the 2011 US Open champion, is two wins away from claiming his second US Open title.  He dropped his first and only set of this year's tournament in the quarterfinals against Mikhail Youzhny, who ultimately fell in four sets.

Djokovic looks to continue his nearly flawless performance against Wawrinka, an opponent the Serb has traditionally beaten, to earn a spot in the final.

For Wawrinka, Saturday is a chance at redemption after coming so close to defeating Djokovic this year at the Australian Open.  The 28-year-old Swiss credits the match with turning around his career, according to the Guardian.

"After that match, I had the feeling that everything I was doing outside, the practice, was in the right direction," Wawrinka told the Guardian.  "I just needed to keep focusing on that because my level was there and I could play for five hours against the No. 1 player - and he was quite impressive all the tournament.  For me, it was a loss but a victory inside."

Wawrinka, ranked No. 10 in the World, is 41-15 on the season.   Coming off a straight-set win in the quarterfinals over Andy Murray, there's no question Wawrinka has improved his game.

One change Wawrinka made in April, according to BBC, was the hiring of Swedish coach Magnus Norman.  His work with the former tennis player paid off before the US Open - Wawrinka won the Portugal Open title in a victory over David Ferrer.

Despite his recent string of victories, Wawrinka has only defeated Djokovic twice in their previous 16 meetings.  Wawrinka's last win over Djokovic came in 2006 at Vienna.
