Whitney Wolfe has indeed bounced back. From controversial co-founder of Tinder who won a sexual harassment and discrimination case against her former boyfriend and Tinder co-founder last year, she is now busy promoting the very first feminist dating app, Bumble.

Wolfe founded the dating site Bumble that now has 5 million subscribers, according to Business Insider.

If you are the type of girl who is tired of waiting for the man to make the move, in reality and online, Bumble is the dating site for you. It was only launched eight months ago but it has garnered 15 percent week-over-week growth, the publication said.

With its gaining popularity, Wolfe said there is now a new sophisticated algorithm called VIBee

Wolfe told the publication that a new sophisticated algorithm called VIBee - a play on "VIP" - a verification of sorts that rewards good user behavior and engagement in the dating site.

"It's really important to note that Bumble VIBee isn't about weeding anyone out of the equation. Everyone is still allowed to use Bumble," Wolfe told Business Insider. "If you're an active, engaging user, we reward you with VIBee status and you can stand out in the app."

The current trends of millennial dating and the womanly inkling of breaking the unwritten rule to get things moving in a relationship is what inspired Wolfe.

Wolfe formed Bumble with partner, Andrey Andreev, who is the founder and C.E.O. of the multi-billion-dollar social network [out of] Europe, Badoo, according to Vanity Fair

She said she got approached by Andreev with the proposal to do what she does best-making love matches via a dating app.

The 26-year-old Wolfe also revealed an ambitious plan that Bumble could also cater to the LGBT community in the near future. She has been trending on Twitter for the past days as she gains success in her new endeavor, leaving the Tinder incident to the past.

Wolfe became a role model for women beginning their careers in start-ups like Tinder, who may have experienced forms of discrimination or harassment. She was an inspiration for others, who are in the same predicament, to come out , Tech Crunch reported
