Just last month, Meghan Trainor was forced to cancel several of her shows due to vocal cord hemorrhage. She ended up having to get surgery and was on vocal rest for a few weeks but finally returned to the stage towards the end of July. Now, Trainor has re-injured her cords, forcing her to cancel her entire tour. The 21-year-old "All About That Bass" singer announced earlier today that she has no choice but to cancel the remainder of her MTrain tour because she has hemorrhaged her vocal cords once again, according to MTV News. She will be going through another surgery to "finally fix this once and for all."

Trainor was supposed to be performing Tuesday at the Indiana State Fair, but she had to pull out of the sold-out concert, according to The Indy Star. She then made the official announcement on her Instagram informing her fans that she would be cancelling the entire tour.

"I was being careful and taking precautions," she wrote. "But I have hemorrhaged my vocal cord again. I got bronchitis & have been coughing a lot & that pushed it over the edge. Sadly, I will need to cancel the reminder of my tour and get surgery to finally fix this once and for all. I am devastated, scared, and so sorry. I LOVE touring and seeing your beautiful faces every night. I am determined to do what it takes to get better and come back around stronger than ever. I love you, and thank you for all of your understanding, love and support."

She then posted another Instagram apologizing to her opening acts, Charlie Puth and Life of Dillon. "You guys put on great shows every night with big smiles," she wrote. "And I will be forever grateful that you were a part of this experience."

The tour was supposed to go for the next few weeks, ending in Atlantic City on September 13, but unfortunately she will not be able to continue.
