An Ohio teen was indicted by a grand jury on multiple felony charges after allegedly giving pot brownies to a teacher and several students. Nineteen-year-old Edward Goschinski III admitted to making and distributing brownies laced with pot and distributing them at Springboro High School for consumption by at least four students and one teacher, according to USA Today.

David Fornshell, a prosecutor for Warren County, said that upon tasting the brownies, the teacher realized something wasn't quite right and decided to contact authorities.

School officials searched Goschinski's locker where they found more brownies, which were then sent to a lab to have the contents tested, according to FOX Carolina.

Goschinski was charged with corrupting another with drugs, possession of hashish and trafficking in hashish, according to Cincinnati.com.

He was also charged with three misdemeanor counts of contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child.

"He made a very serious mistake thinking it was a joke, and now he's going to have some lifelong consequences," said Fornshell.

A spokesperson from the school has said that Goschinski was still able to graduate with his senior class after the incident, which occured on April 10.

Goshinski's court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 8.
