Wendy Williams ironically started off one of her stand-up comedy shows for the Sit Down Tour by falling right off the stage!

Saturday night, the 51-year-old talk show host took the stage to begin her show in Houston, Texas, and then miscalculated her steps near the edge of a platform, according to E! News. She immediately grabbed the microphone, did what she does best, and made a joke about it.

"Shut the f--k up, okay? There's the fall that never happened!" she laughed. "Put that on YouTube." Luckily for us, people listened.

"No. 1, this is, like, our seventh city on our 12 city comedy tour," she added. "No. 2, every stage is different. I didn't see that s--t. I am 12 feet tall... but you caught it right? Did you catch my 51-year-old recovery?"

Williams handled it like a pro, though, and quickly brushed herself off, according to the Daily Mail. She was standing upright in no time, looking flawless in her True Religion jean shorts and white T-shirt.

"Forgot it's the 'Sit Down Tour' not the fall down tour," she jokingly tweeted following the incident.

Williams continues her comedy tour for the rest of the month, finishing it up in Chicago August 29, before all new episodes of her hit talk show, "The Wendy Williams Show," begin Sept. 14.
