New details regarding the alleged rape commited by Chicago Blackhawks foward Patrick Kane have emerged. According to a report from the Buffalo News, the woman accusing Kane of sexual assault had bite marks on her shoulders and scratch marks on her legs after the incident.

Previous reports suggested that Kane was believed to have met the woman at a downtown Buffalo nightclub and returned with her to his waterfront home in Hamburg, where the assault then occured. Police in Hamburg confirmed the investigation earlier this week.

Per the latest report from the News, the woman claims that Kane invited her and her friends to a private party at his home after meeting at SkyBar. Once at his Lakeshore Drive home, Kane's accuser says she went by herself to another room. Kane followed her, overpowered her and raped her.

The woman left Kane's home with her friend and called a relative shortly after the attack, according to the News. She then went to a local hospital for examination.

The woman was described as "frantic" and "traumatized" after the incident by a friend who knows her well, according to the News' report.
