Kelly Osbourne let a huge secret slip at Hollywood's BeautyCon L.A. recently. According to US Weekly, the "Fashion Police" star revealed that she will be starting her own clothing line for plus-size women. She officially confirmed the news to Fashionista.com.

Osbourne famously struggled with her weight when she was a teen. After appearing on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2009, she has dropped 70 pounds, US Weekly reports and is on a mission to provide chic fashion for women no matter what size they are.

"No one takes notice of a fat girl in fashion," Osbourne said at the event. "That's why when my line comes out I'll never make anything that won't be translated to plus-size as well. Because everyone deserves to wear fashion."

The former reality star first thought about creating a line in September 2012 but is finally making it a reality. She explained to Fashionista that she had a meeting about the clothing collection and executives have decided that she will have total creative control over the process.

"I had one of the most exciting meetings of my life this week - it pretty much green-lit my clothing line," she said. "When I sat down in this meeting and they said, 'Yes, you have creative control and of course you can do plus size,' I was like, 'It's happening!'"

The fashion line is still in the beginning phases but she did reveal that the pieces will be inspired by her personality.

"It still has to be very me - quirky," she said acknowledging that her sense of style isn't for everybody. "[But] that's me, so I have to [also] have something slightly normal."

Osbourne didn't reveal when the public can expect to see her collection but it's going to be a busy time for the newly engaged fashionista. Back in June she confirmed her engagement to boyfriend and vegan chef Matthew Mosshart.

According to People magazine, Osbourne wants to get married at her childhood home in England with her 15-month-old niece Pearl as the ring bearer and her two best friends as her maids-of-honor.
