John Stamos interrupted Rob Lowe's panel at the Television Critics Association on Thursday to confess the two actors' secret bromance.

Stamos and Lowe attended panel discussions to promote their upcoming Fox shows, Lowe's "The Grinder" and Stamos' "Grandfathered." However, Stamos called out of turn during Lowe's session, and Hollywood's hottest men joked that they've been secretly dating for years, People reported.

A reporter asked Lowe about his and Stamos' ability to defy time with their respective good looks now that the actors are both 51 years old, according to Us Weekly. Lowe joked that Stamos isn't on his level and doesn't belong in the Handsome Men's Club, a society that Jimmy Kimmel christened in his now-viral skit.

"As a founding member of Jimmy Kimmel's Handsome Men's Club ... I am looking forward to the time John makes it in," Lowe said, according to People. "There is a rumor -"

"Rob, tell the truth, we've dated for years!" Stamos called out.

Lowe continued with his panel and introduced his upcoming series. "The Grinder" focuses on his character Dean, an actor who decides to become a lawyer at his father's practice after playing a role as a lawyer on television. Dean's decision annoys his brother Stewart (Fred Savage), who is an actual attorney.

In "Grandfathered," Stamos plays Jimmy, a bachelor who finds out that he has a son and a baby granddaughter. He revealed that he relates to his new character because like Jimmy, Stamos doesn't have children.

"It's a bit autobiographical," Stamos said of his upcoming show. "But that is something I hope to achieve at some point in my life, to be a father."
