While a man was preparing his food in the kitchen, he got a surprising action from his cat which sacrificed his dinner.

As described in the caption of the YouTube video, the man's chicken dinner was sitting on the island in the kitchen. And he thought he was alone in the kitchen... until his cat sneaked in.

The cat's inner ninja was seen as it jumped into the island and landed on the chicken dinner. The hilarious moment was captured on a home security unit in Akron, Ohio.

Jeremy Husted, then turned around just in time to spot the cat on his uncooked chicken. He voices his annoyance and looked down at the chicken in despair.

"I have a Canary home security system that records 24/7, and it occasionally captures comic gems like this one. I was just about to use the blender to make myself a shake, and my wife had prepared a delicious chicken dinner marinated in a honey mustard sauce, ready to go in the oven. The cats always hang out up above the cabinets to avoid the dog, but they've never jumped into our food before. I was not pleased," Husted said in a comment.

The video entitled "Life With Cats" had been viewed more than three million times.
