Mississippi authorities are searching for two men who reportedly opened fire on a group of U.S. Army soldiers training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi around noon on Tuesday. The soldiers were training at the Joint Forces Training Center on Paret Tower Road, according to WLOX.

No injuries were reported in the incident, which took place at approximately 12:10 p.m., according to Newsweek. Mississippi National Guard Director of Public Affairs Lt. Colonel Christian Patterson could not confirm if the solders were targeted.

The two suspects, both described as white men, fled in a red Ford Ranger truck with "Broken Arrow" written across the front of the vehicle, according to CBS News.

Perry County Sheriff Jimmy Dale said deputies visited a home in Perry County where they found a vehicle fitting the description of the one driven by the suspects, reported the Clarion-Ledger.

The National Commission on the Future of the Army held its annual field training exercises at Camp Shelby on Tuesday. About 4,600 soliders total and 500 active-duty National Guard soldiers were participating in the exercises, according to CBS.
