Jordin Sparks released the audio for new song “They Don’t Give” early Friday. This is the third track the singer has previewed from her upcoming album “Right Here Right Now,” which is slated to drop Aug. 21 from Louder Than Life/Sony.

The sultry “They Don’t Give” was produced by Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Salaam Remi. “It was such an honor for me to work with Babyface on this album,” said the 25-year-old via press release. “I was really inspired by ’90s R&B, and he was the king! It takes me back to the ‘feel good’ songs I grew up listening to! I am so proud of it!”

Sparks’ third studio record features guests like B.o.B, J-Doe, 2 Chainz, Shaggy and Elijah Blake. Earlier this month, she released the audio for the song “100 Years,” and the official music video for lead single “Right Here Right Now.” All of these new songs prove that the Grammy-nominated vocalist is heading in a more mature direction.

Sparks came onto the music scene in 2007 when she won the sixth season of “American Idol.” Later that year, she released her self-titled debut, which featured hits “Tattoo” and “No Air.” In 2009, she released “Battlefield,” containing singles like the title track and “S.O.S. (Let the Music Play).” Sparks then took a break from music to pursue acting on both the small and big screens (like the major motion picture “Sparkle” and Lifetime’s “Dear Secret Santa”) and Broadway (“In the Heights”). To announce Sparks' return to music, the 2014 mixtape “#ByeFelicia” was released.
