Things aren't looking good for Jennifer Garner. HollywoodLife reported that Ben Affleck's former nanny Christine Ouzounian is threating to sue the "Juno" actress for wrongful termination. The alleged lawsuit comes days after Us Weekly reported that Affleck was having an affair with Ouzounian while he was in the middle of a 10-month trail separation with Garner. A source told Us Weekly that Affleck and Ouzounian would hangout without Affleck's kids and "were very flirty."

Ouzounian has reportedly already met with lawyers about her situation, claiming that her affair with Affleck was not a suitable reason to be terminated by Garner. A source claimed that the "Batman" actor asked Ouzounian "to fly back to Los Angeles with him from the Bahamas. He assured her it was OK. Technically, he was her boss, not Jen."

"When they got back to L.A., Jen heard about their trip without the kids and flipped out," a source told HollywoodLife. "She fired Christine right away and Ben did nothing about it. Christine's upset and has met with attorneys to file a wrongful termination suit against Jen," the source adds, "In truth, Christine would rather be Ben's girlfriend than [a] nanny. She has strong feelings for him and wishes he wanted a relationship."

According to E! News, Garner was "very, very suspicious" of Affleck and Ouzounian's relationship but didn't fire her until after learning that the two "had been intimate" while in the Bahamas. However, a source close to Garner said Ouzuonian was fired because she "was not doing her job of being a nanny."

"Ben is absolutely not dating anyone. There is nothing physical of romantic between Ben and Christine," the source told E! News. "Dating is not his focus and it hasn't been his focus throughout the separation period. He was tired of Jen's negative energy and constant berating-but that does not mean he cheated."

The "Gone Girl" has continuously denied reports that he is romantically involved with Ouzounian and even threatening to tabloids that are selling the story. According to TMZ, a representative for the actor called the story "complete garbage" and said it was "full of lies."
