It's hard to believe Kylie Jenner is still just 17 years old considering she's already living in her own mansion and has a successful beauty business, but the young reality star will finally be turning the big 18, and her birthday party plans are, obviously, as extravagant as it gets.

On Aug. 16, just six days after her real birthday, the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan will be heading to Montreal to celebrate, TMZ reported. With the drinking age being 21 in the U.S. but 18 in Canada, we can only imagine she's headed there to get legally wasted.

The big bash will take place at Beachclub Montreal, which is a mini party island with its own beach, pool, lots of A-list DJs, and of course, a ton of booze. As if celebrating your 18th birthday isn't exciting enough, Jenner will be getting paid to do so...somewhere between $100,000 and $200,000 to be exact. So pretty much all she has to do is show up for her own party, and she gets paid a hefty amount. Talk about an awesome birthday present!

Oliver Primeau, the owner of the club, is making sure the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star gets all the luxury accommodations. She will be arriving in a helicopter, which will be landing on a luxury boat that will dock right next to a table stocked with champagne. She'll also be getting a $3,000 cake. Tickets to attend the event range from $40-$150, according to the website. There will be some special guests and even some surprises for the audience.

"When the first thing I want to do is maybe have like a birthday party and then maybe go on a trip with just my friends," Jenner told E! News earlier this month about turning 18. "I'm legal, so I can go on a trip legally without a chaperone, so that'll be fun, just a girl trip."
