Justin Bieber is finally back with some new music! During an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the singer spoke about his news music and announced he was dropping a new song called "What Do You Mean" in one month.

"I've been working a lot in the studio, just trying to have a consistent sound, a cohesive sound," Bieber said about his new song and his upcoming album. He thinks that the new track is amazing and confirmed that producer Jason "Pooh Bear" Boyd helped produce the song.

As for the title of the song, "What Do You Mean," Bieber tells Seacrest it comes from when girls are flip-floppy. "They say something and they mean something else. So ... what do you mean? I don't really know, that's why I'm asking," he explained to the "On Air" host.

Bieber said the first single is similar to the current song "Where Are You Now," which he collaborated on with Skrilex and Diplo. "It's really uplifting, clear, poppy, but cool," he said. "The sounds are super expensive. Skrilex is a genius. He's super futuristic and I just love his sound. So to be able to incorporate that sound with what I'm doing has been super cool because it's new and fresh. I feel like no one has done it before. I'm very excited."

"What Do You Mean" comes out on Aug. 28.
