David Silverstone, big brother to actress and "Clueless" star Alicia Silverstone, was busted on marijuana charges when cops raided his California farm, the New York Daily News reported.

The 43-year old farmer was charged with two felonies on July 21 after authorities seized 181 marijuana plants during a raid that was partly conducted on his Redwood Valley farm in Mendocino County. He was arrested  for marijuana cultivation and possession for sale and was held on $25,000 bond.

Two raids were conducted at the same time on Tuesday at adjoining properties, Ukiah Sheriff Tom Allman told the Daily Mail. U.S. Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl was arrested on the second property in the same raid. He has yet to be charged.

Growing marijuana is legal in California, according to the Daily Mail, but Mendocino County limits farmers who are not part of a co-op to 25 plants, and they must hold a medical marijuana card.

The Silverstone siblings share a passion for eco-friendly lifestyles, and Alicia promotes "environmentally sensitive fashion" and vegan/vegetarian lifestyles on her blog, The Kind Life. She just wrapped up her role in the play "Of Good Stock" at the Manhattan Theatre Club. The Daily News reached out to Alicia for comment, but she declined through a representative.

The Silverstones' father, Monty, was shocked when he found out his son was arrested on marijuana charges. The 82-year-old and his wife live in Southern California, but the couple was on vacation in Cornwall, England when he spoke with the Daily Mail.

"As far as I know, he's farming vegetables and things like that," Monty said, "but I have no idea about marijuana."
