R&B singer Chris Brown was finally allowed to leave the Philippines late Friday after being held in the country for two days, reported the Associated Press. Officials wouldn't allow Brown to leave the city of Manila after a fraud complaint was issued against him.

"Manila it was fun, I love y'all man," Brown addressed his fans in a video posted to Instagram. "If you [sic] finna come to Macau, party tonight. Turn up."

The 26-year-old artist performed a concert Tuesday night in Manila, but wasn't allowed to leave after Leila de Lima, the Philippine Department of Justice (DOJ) secretary, issued a lookout bulletin order (LBO) order against him, as previously reported by HNGN.

The LBO stemmed from allegations against Brown after a concert promoter claimed he committed fraud when he canceled a New Year's Eve performance even though he had signed a contract. Brown had been paid $1 million in full prior to the show's cancellation.

Brown said he performed Tuesday night to make up for the missed concert, but because of the complaint, needed emigration clearance to leave the country, according to Elaine Tan, an Immigration Bureau spokeswoman.

Tan said she granted Brown permission to leave late Friday afternoon after "verifying that Chris Brown has no other derogatory record apart from the [immigration lookout bulletin]," according to the AP.

Brown could still be summoned back to Manila if state prosecutors decide to press charges against him in regards to the fraud complaint, Justice Secretary De Lima told the AP.

"What is important, at this point, is for him to know that there are criminal proceedings against him at the preliminary investigation level," she said.
