"Teen Mom" star Farrhah Abraham has a new acting gig. The young mom will be playing a hooker named Destiny on the poplar daytime soap "Days of Our Lives," Hollywood Life reports.

Abraham reportedly sent in two audition tapes for the role. In one video she is seen running lines with a guy who is supposed to be the father of her child. In the scene, the guy is upset over Destiny "entertaining" men on Sugardaddy.com to help her pay her bills.

The casting announcement is only a rumor and has not been confirmed or denied by the show. According to Radar Online, a source said the reality star originally wanted a lead role on the soap opera but she doesn't have the acting experience.

"Farrah initially wanted one of the lead roles, but clearly she's not a seasoned actress, so she auditioned for the role of a hooker named Destiny," the source said.

According to several reports the cast is not happy with the news and don't want to see Abraham on the show.

"Some of the cast and crew is peeved that she's even on the show because they don't think a popular daytime show that's been on air for 50 years needs to use a ridiculous ploy like Farrah's name to get viewers," the source said.

"So Farrah gets this role as a hooker on the show and the big joke is, is it art imitating life?!" the source continued.

Too fab reports that a rep from "Days of Our Lives" did shut the rumors down assuring fans that she would not be joining the cast anytime soon.

In April, she accepted an offer from Vivid Entertainment to film a sex tape with James Deen. At first Abraham denied that she purposely made the tape.

Abraham received some flack over the weekend after she was spotted partying at a VMA after party the night before her daughter, Sophia, was supposed to start pre-K. There were rumors that she missed her daughter's first day of school because of the partying.

According to Newsday, the "Teen Mom" star said she flew out the night before to return home. She also talked about her hectic life as a single mother and hinted at some upcoming projects.

"I'm always working, but I'm a mom first and foremost," she said. "Right now I'm working on a new song that will be released next month, my spinoff show and an erotic novel."
