Julia Roberts is selling her New York City apartment! The 47-year-old actress put the 2,000-square-foot pad in Greenwich Village on the market for $4.5 million, according to Page Six. The apartment, located in a postwar building at 45 West 10th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

It contains a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace that's perfect for entertaining. It is described as an "easy breezy" décor and "Hamptons/California-style beachy" with a lot of white and cream colored walls and furniture. Roberts and her husband, Danny Moder, own a Malibu mansion, so she has been spending more time on the West Coast. She still loves New York enough to keep her Gramercy Park house, which she currently leases out to a long-term renter.

In 2010, Roberts paid just $3.89 million for the apartment, according to New York Daily News. Alexa Lambert of Stribling & Associates is her listing broker. Lambert declined to make any comments on why Roberts has put the apartment up for sale.
