Food Network star and chef Bobby Flay and actress Stephanie March are officially divorced.

The former couple split in March, and their 10-year marriage ended after both parties were able to settle on a revised prenup agreement, People reported

"We have come to an amicable divorce settlement," Flay, 50, and March, 40, told People in a joint statement. "We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us, and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward."

The original prenup, signed by March in 2005, stated that she would be guaranteed to $5,000 a month in spousal support for only five years, according to TMZ. Flay's net worth is upwards of $20 million.

March's lawyer, Deborah Lans, said there were issues with the original agreement that was signed three days before the couple wed, E! News reported

"I'm confident a court will consider the agreement to be unconscionable," Lans said.

The former "Law and Order: SVU" actress filed court documents that claimed she helped Flay become a successful celebrity chef because she has "an amazing palate," according to TMZ. It claimed March served as a taste-tester for Flay's recipes, which helped make him famous.

Soon after the divorce was finalized, a source close to Flay told E! News that he was "heartbroken" after his third divorce. The couple did not have any children together.
