You don't normally see baristas in see-through clothing, but customers at an Irving Farm Coffee Roasters store in New York were surprised when individuals promoting Nestles' Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss, recently took orders wearing nothing but body paint, according to adweek.com.

"It was a one-day pop-up, and it was totally new for us," Codie Richards, a shopper marketing manager for Nestlé told the website. "We know that consumers want something natural in their creamer. So what better way to talk about it and make some noise?"

The idea came from one question: "How would you react if your typical morning coffee was anything, but?"
