Stacy Keibler felt like a warrior after she gave birth to her daughter, Ava Grace, at home last August, and she did it completely drug free! The model and former professional wrestler said she felt like she went through a war after the birth, but it was the best kind of battle.

"I felt like we went to war together. I kept saying, 'Ava's a warrior. I'm a warrior.' It was one of my mantras that I would say. Then when she came out, I feel like we had this bond that we had just fought together," she told Ricki Lake in a new video for "The Business of Being Born."

"Watching 'The Business of Being Born' changed everything for my husband and I," she added. "We really wanted to research midwives and wanted to learn as much as we could about doing things more naturally."

Daughter Ava was born late, but as Keibler explained in an exclusive "Business of Being Born" clip, it's normal for many first-time moms not to go into labor until after their predicted due date. What she didn't necessarily expect, however, was a 19-hour labor.

"It was calming, private and uninterrupted, which made for an incredible bonding experience all three of us," Keibler wrote on her blog. "It was by far the best decision I could have made."
