Former "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada is pregnant with her third child - but what is expected to be a joyous time for the reality star could end up heartbroken.

During the premiere of her new Oprah Winfrey Network series "Livin' Lozada," the 39-year-old reality star, who is expecting her second child with fiancé Carl Crawford, opened up about frightening news from her doctor at the six-week mark.

Lozada explained to her 21-year-old daughter Shaniece from a previous relationship that she could possibly suffer from a miscarriage because her hormones levels are dangerously low.

"It's not good," a tearful Lozada told her daughter. "When I was on my way here, [the doctor] left me a voicemail. She said that my hormone levels have dropped. When you're pregnant, your hormone levels are supposed to be in the thousands. [Mine] went all the way down to 50... Most likely, I'm going to end up miscarrying the baby."

Lozada and Crawford are already proud parents to one-year-old son Leo.

Lozada admitted after receiving the news that her thoughts about her pregnancy have been running wild.

"I was like, 'Maybe I'll have a boy,' and then I was like, 'Maybe I'll have a girl. Then she'll be like Sha,'" she said. "I swear to God, I thought about so many things."

Fans will have to tune in next Saturday to get an update on Lozada's pregnancy. Lozada took to Twitter after the show aired to thank her fans for watching, writing, "Thank you to everyone who tuned it!! It's a true blessing to share my life, my new beginning and all that it encompasses."

"Livin' Lozada" airs Saturday nights at 9 p.m. only on OWN.
