Google reportedly plans to rent massive 6,000 square feet space inside every Best Buy store to sell its much-awaited Google Glass along with a range of other products.

If you are eager to capture the world with a blink of an eye with the new Google Glass but haven't had the chance to grab one due to Google Play's annoying ordering process, a new rumor suggests you will not have to wait for long. The world's largest retailer, Best Buy, will simplify the process of purchasing Google Glass, says renowned Glassholder Robert Scoble on his Google+ page.

Scoble, one of the early buyers of Google Glass, claims that his source confirmed that Google plans to  rent  around 6,000 square feet space inside every Best Buy store to sell the controversial Google Glass.

"I just heard an interesting rumor. Supposedly Google is renting 6000 square feet inside every Best Buy next year. Why? My source says it's to sell Google Glass," Scoble wrote on his Google+ page.

Google's plans to rent out space inside Best Buy stores sounds feasible as the U.S. retailer had revealed plans earlier of downsizing and that it was looking to lease space between 4,000 and 15,000 square feet to other companies. But even if it is true, then people will still have to wait for some time as Google Glass will not be hitting the shelves anytime soon as it is expected to arrive by 2014.

However, if Google confirms the news of sale of its Glass in Best Buy stores then some interested   buyers will certainly be happy. As Scoble pointed out, trying the Glass before purchasing it is an absolute necessity because it has to fit to the face for a comfortable experience, which is unlikely if ordered online via Google Play.

According to Digital Trends, a spokesperson for Best Buy, Jon Sandler, did not confirm the rumor nor did he deny it. "At this point, we do not have plans to announce more collaborations," he said in a statement to Digital Trends.  "However, as our CEO Hubert Joly said during earnings this week, if a partnership makes sense for our customers, the vendor and Best Buy, we would be open to considering expansion."
