Rumors were swirling last week that supermodel Karolina Kurkova is pregnant again. The former Victoria's Secret model took to Twitter to confirm that the rumors are true - she's expecting her second child with husband Archie Drury, People reports.

Kurkova posted a series of sweet photos with her son, 5-year-old Tobin Jack. The big-brother-to-be was captured kissing and holding onto his mommy's baby bump, and she tweeted along with it "My second bundle of joy is on its way and Tobin can't wait!"

A source confirmed that Kurkova was three months into her second pregnancy last Friday, according to Us Weekly. But the 31-year-old made it official with her adorable pregnancy announcement photo shoot.

The couple's first child, Tobin, was born in October of 2009, and after she gave birth, the Czech model gushed about motherhood in an Access Hollywood interview.

"I feel very different. After having a baby, things just change," she said. "You know, something inside of you just switches and you become this powerful big mama, I call it the big mama, who can deal with anything and do everything. I never sit down. I'm always running around. I'm sure a lot of women who are mothers feel the same way!"

Kurkova was also open with her choice of a natural water birth for her first baby. No word yet on whether she'll choose a natural, at-home delivery for baby number two.
