More than 10 years ago, comedian Bill Cosby said under oath that he used Quaaludes to drug at least one woman, the Associated Press reports.

In 2005, Cosby admitted during a hearing for a sexual-abuse lawsuit that he "obtained Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with," according to the AP. The information was made public on Monday after the Associated Press went to court to "compel the release" of documents from the case. Cosby lawyer's argued that the information would "embarrass" the comedian.

A former Temple University employee filed the lawsuit against Cosby. The comedian said he gave the woman three half-pills of Benadryl. The case was settled in 2006.

At least 24 woman have come out and accused Cosby of sexual harassment. The public became aware of what seemed to be a Hollywood secret after comedian Hannibal Burress spoke about Cosby's questionable past in one of his stand-up specials last October.

Cosby was on the board of trustees at Temple University until he resigned this past December.
